An unintentional breakthrough that I had this past year came early in the year and has stuck with me. The year started with 3 months of a daily ‘energy’ practice (mine = 10 mins of gratitude, love, visualization; 3-4 mins each).
It took falling off the practice in the Spring (during the first wave of Covid) for a month or so to have the breakthrough. We all know the benefits fo meditation and visualization on our energy at both work and personally yet we struggle with consistency. Since then it’s been easier to just do it any given day and most days. And now I KNOW the difference that it makes…each day and day over day.
It took commitment then falling off to have an unintentional breakthrough.
Reflecting on this year, both professionally and personally, there are other unintentional learnings, growth and breakthroughs. I’m looking forward to the next year with all its unintentional learnings, growth and breakthroughs :)
