Entrepreneurs love to learn, have new ideas and keep things moving. Inspiration is plentiful these days. Putting that inspiration into consistent action can be a challenge. When it works, things move with a different energy, people step up consistently and new results follow.

Strategy into action (6-8 weeks)

You may have worked with a consultant, coach or another third-party in the past and now the plan is sitting on the shelf. Some great work was created but then it wasn’t executed fully. We can put the strategy into action. Your team may not have the time or the ability to take a strategy and translate it into execution. Together, we will prioritize, plan and create the tools for your team to put that great work into action in the business.

Franchise/ growth assessment (6-8 weeks)

You have a stable business and you want to reach more people with more locations. Systems are important for expanding the business. We can assess where more systems are needed and give you tools to make growth easier.

What’s next (4-6 weeks)

You have ideas, projects and/or initiatives that you want to do to improve the business but you aren’t sure where to focus. It might be new opportunities or to improve part of the core operations. A small investment before making that new hire, launching that new program, etc. can make a world of difference. We can assess your options, set success metrics for the work and make a plan to go after it.
