Hi, I’m Megan (or Meg)

I have developed the Delegation Blueprint over the past 7+ years of consulting to entrepreneurs like you that are on a mission and have a passionate growing team. I am on a mission to change what work means and you play a key role in that.

Work and the teams we work with play a huge role in our lives. Whether an individual is part-time, 40 hours per week or more, the energy that we have in our work carries over to the rest of our lives.

When at work, the best creativity, contributions and connections happen when teams enjoy and excel in their work. That starts with clear expectations and support. The Delegation Blueprint is a framework for empowering your team in their individual and group work with more ease, more enjoyment and less time of you.

 

As CEO and a team leader, you have work that is uniquely your’s that needs you. Moving from business operator to owner is key to continue to grow your business and impact lives. Creating the people systems, like the Delegation Blueprint, will enable you to support your people in less time without compromising on connection to your team.

I have been honoured to be a presenter the last couple years for the The Forum, to speak to the high-growth entrepreneurs in their Founders’ Circle. Fall 2024: Week of October 21st TO Week of December 9th

  • WEEK 1: Kick-off & Preparation Week

    • Orientation into the program, time to gather your existing resources and define the scope the team or role that you will focus adapting the Delegation Blueprint to for the biggest impact on your time and business.

  • WEEK 2: Aligning People Systems with Business Growth

    • We will review the 5 stages of business growth and your business’ goals for alignment with your selected team’s goals.

  • WEEK 3: Crafting a Career Progression Chart

    • We will look at how to build core competencies over time and roles that provide the clarity your team needs for today’s focus and tomorrow’s aspirations.

  • WEEK 4: Scaling Expectations with Role-in-Action Framework

    • We will dive deep into defining expectations across competencies and key daily activities, to clarify expectations with a framework that team members can readily use independently to make decisions that are in alignment with your culture and functional expectations.

  • WEEK 5: Scenarios, Feedback Themes & Group Discussion

    • We will continue the work from week 4 to define expectations, as well as look at scenarios and feedback themes that have been recurring themes in the past so that we can create the right clarity for the future.

  • WEEK 6: Integrating with Business Goals & Existing Processes

    • We will look at the activities that are needed with the utmost consistency to achieve your business goals. Strong alignment of the actions defined in the frameworks with business goals will enable the team to act consistently to achieve external goals.

  • WEEK 7: Integrating with a Performance Management Process

    • We will look at how all the newly created and existing components come together in a Performance Management Process.

  • WEEK 8: Implementing with a 1-Year Team Plan

    • Implementing with your team has multiple key stages to support and introduce with team members over the first year.

Weekly sessions will be 1 hour with on average 2 hours of work for you outside of our time together to adapt the Delegation Blueprint to your team and your business goals. Megan will provide guidance on outside work hours by week, in advance, to support you in managing priorities and engaging your team members as possible in this work. Yes, you can develop one of your managers through this work together by involving them in this process.

2 One-on-One sessions with Megan

One-on-one time together to support you in putting expectations into actions and

designing the future of your selected team. These 30-mins. sessions will include the option of

a pre-check-in form to make the most of our time together.
