The Values-in-Action puts your culture in words, resources and processes to empower the team when you aren’t with them and makes it scaleable to add new team members.
The Values-in-Action Programs has 3 phases to go from clarity to integration to adoption (success!).
Over 8 weeks, Megan will guide you through this work in small group and provide 1:1 time to dig deeper to really make this sing for you and your team.
It starts by drafting and testing out values then refining and expanding the values definition, such as a Values-in-Action tool. Then integrating the values beyond orientation and training to living in the everyday ways of working across all departments.

Megan has guided small-medium businesses through this work in 1:1 projects over the last 5 years. NOW, there are 2 options available to do this work:
1:1 Project: If you want to work 1:1 and receive extra support, then you want to do a 1:1 project with Megan. A project is approximately 8 weeks. See the Services page for more information on projects.
Small Group Program: If you want to be guided and are willing to do more of the tactical work, then you want to join the new program. Small group live programs run 13 weeks, 8 sessions (approximately every 2 weeks).
